REQUIREMENTS:
Prefers candidates be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Osteopathic Emergency Medicine or Board eligible
ACLS, BLS, and PALS - must be through AHA or Red Cross.
Stroke Certified
Provider will be credentialed with two nearby facilities
DEA Required?: No
State Licensure: Pennsylvania
CSR License Required?: No
COVERAGE NEED:
10 or 12 hour shifts
Estimated Shifts/Month: 5
EMR / Charting: Cerner

AVG annual volume: 45K AVG volume per 24hrs: 137
Will work alongside other physicians and APPs will sign off on APPs
PAY RATE: $325/hr
